Important Note: This program is for tutor business owners that have been in business for at least a year. It is limited to the first five people that order. It is limited by geographic area (one tutor from a metropolitan area - so we will only accept one tutor from New York City). You must have a website or be willing to build one before the program begins.

This program is about one thing. Bringing you more business. This program is personalized to you and the other four participants. What we cover during our the Summer will be based on what you need to grow your business. We figure this out by reviewing each of your business and creating a list of things we'll want to cover. You can also send us the 3 things you would like us to cover and we'll incorporate that into the curriculum. The program start in May and lasts thru August. You must be willing to put in an average of an hour a day working on your business. I know it's the Summer and I go on vacation too. That's why I said an average of an hour a day.

May - we gather the information we need from you and begin to create content and a to do list for you (things we want to make sure are done before the Summer is over), we help you to create some goals for your business and we'll work on helping you make those goals a reality. During May you will also want to review the things we teach in our online tutor guide.

June - we begin to learn and implement the things we're going to do. Finish what you haven't completed in the online tutor guide.

July - we monitor and tweak things as needed. You'll learn how to use your Google Analytics. We'll show you advanced methods you can use to show you what is working and what isn't.

August - we monitor / tweak / learn new stuff if needed. We'll teach you how to keep the content stream flowing for you (which is how you will bring more traffic to your site, and more traffic = more customers.

What it includes:

1. We review your website information you send us. We analyze things like competition, keywords used and more. We create a specific to do list for your site and send you a calendar or map for when you should accomplish things. A to do list. Based on the things you and the other participants want to learn and things you need to be doing, we craft a plan and begin working on a series of webinars customized for you and others in the class.
2. We will have over 20 Webinars during this period for hands on training of specific things and q and a sessions. These are video sessions in which you ask a question and we walk you step by step how to find a solution. It's also a great time to network with other business owners.
3. Each month we have at least one check up with you personally to see how things are going.
4. You have 12 hours of personal phone time with us. You can call us any day, any time within normal business hours to ask a question and we'll give you an answer, or work on finding you an answer.
5. You have unlimited email support from us for a year. Ask a question and we'll usually get back to you within a couple of hours. A max of 24 hours even on weekends.

How it works:

1. You order.
2. We send you an assessment form. You will fill it out with details of your business, when you won't be available during the summer, what some of your goals are, and what you would like to learn during the Summer.
3. We will send you access to our online tutor program and you will work on completing it. We will create a plan for instruction, a calendar of webinars, and a to do list for you.
4. You'll start working on your to do list - don't worry we'll tell you exactly how. You will also attend the webinars and start implementing.
5. As you hit snags, we'll be there to help and guide you. You'll learn things that work and don't work for your business, you'll also learn how to tweak things so they will work.
6. As we hit August we'll review the to do list, work on sending you some extra things you can work as you swing into the school year.
7. From then end of August till May we'll be in constant contact with you, figuring out your problems and sending you suggestions on how to tweak things.
